Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and LISA Film GmbH ("CZWTV," "we," "us," or "our"), a company registered in Velden am Wörther See, Austria (Commercial Register FN 141122h, Landesgericht Klagenfurt), with its registered office at 9220 Velden am Wörther See, Austria, and managed by Andrea Hroch, Managing Director.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, or using the CZWTV platform at CZWTV.com (the "Platform"), including any associated mobile applications, smart TV applications, and any other software or services provided by CZWTV (collectively, the "Service"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and DMCA Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Service and delete your account, if applicable.
You represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these Terms, and all references to "you" shall include that organisation.
2. Description of Service
CZWTV is a subscription-based streaming platform that provides access to a curated library of on-demand video content, including but not limited to original programming, licensed films, television series, documentaries, live broadcasts, and special events. The Service is delivered via internet streaming to compatible devices, including web browsers, mobile devices, tablets, smart TVs, and streaming media players.
CZWTV reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time, including the availability of any content, feature, or functionality, with or without notice. We do not guarantee that any specific title or content will be available at any particular time, as content libraries are subject to change based on licensing agreements and editorial decisions.
3. Account Registration and Security
To access the Service, you must create an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information, including a valid email address and a secure password. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account, whether or not authorised by you. You agree to notify CZWTV immediately at [email protected] of any unauthorised use of your account or any other breach of security.
Each account is personal and non-transferable. You may not share your login credentials with any third party beyond the number of simultaneous streams permitted by your subscription plan. CZWTV employs technical measures to detect and prevent credential sharing and account abuse. Violation of these provisions may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without refund.
CZWTV reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or terminate any account at its sole discretion if it reasonably believes that the account information is inaccurate, the account is being used fraudulently, or the User is in violation of these Terms.
4. Subscription Plans and Payments
CZWTV offers various subscription plans, each with different features, content access levels, streaming quality, and pricing. Full details of available plans and their respective features are displayed on the Platform at the time of subscription. All prices are quoted in euros (EUR) and include applicable value-added tax (VAT) unless otherwise stated.
Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on your selected plan) and will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel your subscription before the renewal date. Payment is processed through our authorised third-party payment processors. By subscribing, you authorise CZWTV to charge the applicable subscription fee to your designated payment method on a recurring basis.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you will continue to have access to the Service until that date. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods unless required by applicable law. CZWTV reserves the right to change subscription pricing upon reasonable notice. Continued use of the Service after a price change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
Free trial periods, if offered, are subject to the specific terms displayed at the time of enrolment. CZWTV reserves the right to limit free trial eligibility to one trial per household.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
All content available on the CZWTV platform, including but not limited to films, television series, documentaries, original programming, live broadcasts, special events, trailers, promotional materials, graphics, logos, trademarks, service marks, user interface designs, audio, music, text, photographs, software, code, and any other materials (collectively, "Content"), is owned by LISA Film GmbH or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws of Austria, the European Union, and international treaties, including the Berne Convention for the Protection of Literary and Artistic Works, the WIPO Copyright Treaty, and the EU Copyright Directive (Directive 2019/790).
CZWTV owns or holds exclusive licences to all Content made available through the Platform. This includes, without limitation, all original programming produced by or on behalf of CZWTV, all films and series licensed exclusively for distribution on the Platform, and all live broadcast content streamed through the Service. The CZWTV name, logo, and all related marks are registered trademarks of CZWTV Media Services.
CZWTV grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable licence to access and view the Content solely for your personal, non-commercial use and only within the territories where the Service is offered. This licence does not confer any ownership rights in the Content and does not grant you any right to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, publicly perform, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit the Content in any manner whatsoever.
Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, retransmission, restreaming, rebroadcasting, or any other use of the Content without the prior written consent of CZWTV is strictly prohibited and constitutes a violation of applicable copyright laws. CZWTV will pursue all available legal remedies against any person or entity that infringes upon its intellectual property rights, including but not limited to civil litigation, statutory damages, injunctive relief, and criminal prosecution where applicable.
6. Content Usage Restrictions
You expressly agree that you shall not, directly or indirectly, engage in or facilitate any of the following activities with respect to any Content available on the CZWTV platform:
- Download, copy, reproduce, duplicate, or archive any Content, in whole or in part, by any means, including but not limited to screen recording, screen capture, video capture, audio capture, or any other recording technology.
- Redistribute, restream, retransmit, rebroadcast, or otherwise make available any Content to any third party through any medium, including but not limited to other streaming platforms, social media, file-sharing services, peer-to-peer networks, messaging applications, or any website or online service.
- Embed, frame, link to, or display any Content or any portion thereof on any external website, application, or platform without the prior written consent of CZWTV.
- Publicly perform, publicly display, or broadcast any Content in any setting, including but not limited to commercial establishments, public venues, educational institutions, or any location where the Content may be viewed by persons who are not authorised account holders.
- Circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with any digital rights management (DRM), encryption, watermarking, or other technical protection measures employed by CZWTV to protect its Content.
- Use any automated tools, bots, scrapers, spiders, crawlers, or similar technologies to access, index, harvest, or extract Content or data from the Platform.
- Remove, alter, conceal, or obscure any copyright notices, watermarks, trademarks, or other proprietary rights notices affixed to or contained within the Content.
- Create derivative works based on the Content, including but not limited to compilations, montages, edits, translations, adaptations, or modifications of any kind.
- Use any Content for commercial purposes, including but not limited to advertising, marketing, promotion, or monetisation on any platform.
Any violation of these restrictions constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate termination of your account, pursuit of legal action, and claims for damages, including statutory damages under applicable copyright laws.
7. DMCA and Copyright Enforcement
CZWTV is committed to the vigorous protection of its intellectual property rights and the rights of its licensors. CZWTV actively monitors the internet and third-party platforms for unauthorised use, reproduction, distribution, and restreaming of its Content.
In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), 17 U.S.C. Section 512, and equivalent provisions under EU Directive 2019/790 (the EU Copyright Directive) and Austrian copyright law (Urheberrechtsgesetz, UrhG), CZWTV maintains a formal DMCA and copyright enforcement programme. We routinely file takedown notices with video hosting platforms, social media services, search engines, internet service providers, and any other online services that host or facilitate access to infringing Content.

CZWTV reserves the right to pursue all available legal remedies against infringers, including statutory damages of up to USD 150,000 per work infringed under 17 U.S.C. Section 504(c), injunctive relief, recovery of attorney fees and costs, and criminal referrals where appropriate.
8. User-Generated Content
Certain features of the Service may allow you to submit, upload, post, or otherwise make available content, including reviews, comments, ratings, profile information, and other materials ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content, but by submitting it to the Platform, you grant CZWTV a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, transferable, and sublicensable licence to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display your User Content in connection with the operation and promotion of the Service.
You represent and warrant that your User Content does not infringe upon any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or publicity rights, and that it complies with all applicable laws. CZWTV reserves the right to remove any User Content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable, at its sole discretion and without prior notice.
You shall not upload or submit any content that is illegal, defamatory, obscene, threatening, harassing, hateful, or that promotes violence, discrimination, or any unlawful activity. CZWTV does not endorse, guarantee, or assume responsibility for any User Content posted by its users.
9. Termination
CZWTV may, at its sole discretion, suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service, in whole or in part, at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to: (a) breach of these Terms; (b) conduct that CZWTV reasonably believes is harmful to other users, third parties, or the business interests of CZWTV; (c) fraudulent or illegal activity; (d) failure to pay subscription fees; (e) extended periods of inactivity; or (f) upon request of law enforcement or other government agencies.
Upon termination, your right to access and use the Service shall immediately cease. CZWTV shall have no obligation to maintain or provide any data associated with your account, except as required by applicable law. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to intellectual property provisions, limitations of liability, indemnification obligations, and dispute resolution provisions.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting [email protected] or by using the account deletion feature in your account settings. Termination by you does not relieve you of any obligation to pay outstanding subscription fees.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CZWTV, its officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, data, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Service, even if CZWTV has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
In no event shall the total aggregate liability of CZWTV for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service exceed the total amount you have paid to CZWTV in subscription fees during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory on which the claim is based, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or otherwise.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. CZWTV does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that mandatory law does not permit to be excluded or limited.
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Austria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Vienna, Austria.
If you are a consumer within the meaning of EU consumer protection law, you may also bring proceedings in the courts of the EU Member State in which you are domiciled. Nothing in these Terms affects your rights as a consumer under mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which you reside, including but not limited to the rights granted under EU Directive 2011/83/EU (Consumer Rights Directive) and Regulation (EU) No 524/2013 on online dispute resolution. The European Commission provides an online dispute resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, CZWTV retains the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights.
12. Changes to Terms
CZWTV reserves the right to modify, amend, or replace these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by posting the updated Terms on the Platform and, where practicable, by sending a notification to the email address associated with your account at least thirty (30) days before the changes take effect. The "Last updated" date at the bottom of these Terms indicates when the most recent revisions were made.
Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must discontinue use of the Service and cancel your subscription before the changes take effect.
