Account Management

How do I create an CZWTV account?
Visit CZWTV.com and click “Sign Up.” Enter your email address, create a password, and follow the on-screen instructions. You will receive a verification email to confirm your account. Once verified, you can choose a subscription plan and begin streaming immediately.

How do I change my email address or password?
Log in to your account, navigate to Settings > Account Details, and update your email or password. For email changes, you will need to verify the new address before the change takes effect. For security, you may be asked to re-enter your current password.

How do I delete my account?
To delete your account, go to Settings > Account Details > Delete Account. This action is permanent and cannot be undone. All your data, including viewing history, watchlists, and personal settings, will be permanently removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable GDPR provisions. Any active subscription will be cancelled, and you may be eligible for a pro-rata refund for the unused portion of your current billing period.

I forgot my password. What should I do?
Click “Forgot Password” on the login page and enter the email address associated with your account. You will receive a password reset link valid for 24 hours. If you do not receive the email within a few minutes, check your spam or junk folder. If the issue persists, contact [email protected].

How many profiles can I create?
Depending on your subscription plan, you can create up to five (5) individual profiles under a single account. Each profile maintains its own viewing history, watchlist, and content recommendations. You may set up a Kids profile with parental controls for age-appropriate content filtering.

Subscription & Billing

What subscription plans are available?
CZWTV offers several subscription tiers to suit different needs. Visit our Pricing page for the latest plans, features, and prices. All plans include access to our full content library; premium tiers offer additional features such as higher video quality, more simultaneous streams, and offline downloads.

How do I change or cancel my subscription?
Go to Settings > Subscription to view your current plan. From there, you can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time. If you cancel, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period. No further charges will be made after cancellation. Refunds for the unused portion may apply as described in our Right of Withdrawal policy.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, SEPA Direct Debit (for customers within the Single Euro Payments Area), and select regional payment methods. All payments are processed securely through PCI DSS-compliant payment processors.

I was charged incorrectly. What should I do?
If you believe you have been charged in error, please contact our support team at [email protected] with your account email address, the date and amount of the charge, and any relevant details. We will investigate and respond within three (3) business days. Confirmed billing errors will be refunded promptly.

Do you offer free trials?
Free trial availability varies and is subject to eligibility. If a free trial is available, it will be displayed during the sign-up process. At the end of the trial period, your selected subscription plan will begin unless you cancel before the trial expires.

Streaming & Playback

What internet speed do I need?
For the best streaming experience, we recommend the following minimum internet speeds:
• SD (480p): 3 Mbps
• HD (720p): 5 Mbps
• Full HD (1080p): 10 Mbps
• 4K Ultra HD (2160p): 25 Mbps
• Live events: 10 Mbps minimum (15 Mbps recommended)
For the most reliable experience, we recommend a wired Ethernet connection or a strong Wi-Fi signal.

I am experiencing buffering or playback errors. What can I do?
Try the following troubleshooting steps:
• Check your internet speed using a speed test tool.
• Close other applications or devices using bandwidth.
• Clear your browser cache and cookies, or restart the CZWTV app.
• Switch from Wi-Fi to a wired connection if possible.
• Lower the video quality in the player settings.
• Update your browser or app to the latest version.
• Disable VPN or proxy services, which may affect connection speed.
If the problem persists, contact [email protected] with details of the issue, including the device and browser or app version you are using.

Can I download content for offline viewing?
Yes, eligible content can be downloaded for offline viewing on supported mobile and tablet devices through the CZWTV app (if your subscription plan includes this feature). Downloaded content is available for a limited period and is subject to the licensing terms of the respective title. Downloads are encrypted and tied to your account.

What video and audio formats are supported?
CZWTV streams in adaptive bitrate using H.264/AVC and H.265/HEVC codecs, with AAC and Dolby Digital audio where available. HDR10 and Dolby Vision are supported on compatible devices. Subtitles are available in multiple languages for most content.

Content Library & Availability

How often is new content added?
Our library is updated regularly with new films, series, documentaries, and live programming. New releases are typically added weekly. Featured additions and upcoming releases are highlighted on the home screen and in our email newsletters.

Why is certain content not available in my region?
Content availability may vary by country or region due to licensing and distribution agreements with content owners. We are continuously working to expand our library across all available territories. If a specific title is unavailable in your region, it may become available in a future licensing period.

Can I request specific titles or content?
Yes, we welcome content suggestions from our users. Please send your requests to [email protected] with the subject line “Content Request.” While we cannot guarantee that every requested title will be added, your feedback helps us shape our content acquisition strategy.

Do you offer content in multiple languages?
Many titles on CZWTV are available with multiple audio tracks and subtitle languages. Available languages are displayed on each title's detail page. Language availability depends on the content provider and licensing agreements.
